The constellation begins with your intention. This will be the container for our work together. Your intention can be in form of an issue, a question, a pattern or story that reoccurs, etc. Whatever calls you to explore this work may be your initial intention. Trust that this will unfold further as we move closer to the Constellation and beyond. Rather you Constellate or Represent in a constellation set up or a witness, there is big movement and insight in participating. Deep healing through resonance.
Healing Movements
Constellation work involves movement which acts as a catalyst for deep healing in your family system. This heart centered movement opens a series of sacred energetic movements that allow us to step into cosmovision and witness hidden dynamics that are showing up to heal. I gently guide folx through this entire process though we remember that we each hold our own medicine.
